Since 1989 MOCEANS Center for Independent Living, Inc. has serviced citizens with disabilities in New Jersey's Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Our Mission: "To support choice, promote public awareness, and barrier-free access in the community while advancing the Independent Living Philosophy in the lives of all people with disabilities."

We are a non-residential, consumer-controlled, community-based, cross-disability, nonprofit organization that is designed and operated within our local community to provide information, instruction and support for all people with disability.
