Embracing HospiceCare is seeking Veteran Volunteers to meet the special needs of terminally ill Veteran hospice patients. Veteran volunteers provide companionship, respite, emotional and spiritual support for patients and families. Veteran volunteers add a special dimension to Embracing HospiceCare's work. With a warm smile, a tender touch, a listening ear, a heartfelt willingness to help you can make that difference.
We want to honor our Veterans who have given so much to our great country and we want to do that by having other Veterans meet them.
We are looking for Veteran volunteers in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset and Mercer Counties. We have patients located at many different facilities throughout these counties.
