Providence House is in need of groups of volunteers to assist at our annual gift auction on June 9, 2017. We are in great need of volunteers to help us unload prizes into the Wellness Center at Georgian Court University anywhere from 7:00 am through 9:00 am. There are some heavier items that need to be unloaded, but there are also lighter baskets. A total of 40 people are needed, so we are looking for several groups to add up to this number.
We also are in need of runners the night of the gift auction from 7:00 pm though 11:00 pm in two shifts of 2.5 hours each. Runners will take the baskets to the winners in the audience. Heavy baskets will not be bought to winners due to the size and weight and a claim ticket will be issued instead.
