The Mews provides affordable housing for low income families. The children of these families can most directly benefit from volunteers that can offer mentoring, tutoring, arts and crafts, homework help, etc.. The multi-ethnic diversity of this community provides challenges as well as rewards.
What We Do
The Mews is a tax credit property and reports directly to NJHMFA and the IRS. Through this program families are afforded the opportunity to save money through reduced rents so that ultimately, they can afford to purchase a home of their own.
