Who We Are
Seer Farms is a NJ-based non-profit (all donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the IRS code). Seer Farms has been established for the inter-related purposes of intervening when families are in crisis and need a bridge strategy of support for their pets and to enable multi-species animal rescue and placement.
What We Do
We will: 1)Create a bridge program in foreclosure situations to allow families to arrange temporary long term care for their animals. 2)Support the work of Disaster Relief organizations by providing for temporary care and housing of animals in affected areas. 3)Support animals who are victims in other emergent discrete situations including but not limited to adverse health situations that interfere with a pet owner's ability to provide ongoing adequate care. 4)Allow for, in a limited way, traditional rescue, care & placement of a wide variety of animals in need. 5)Ultimately use its facilities and animals in community outreach activities including animal assisted activities and programs on the farm.
