HABcore, Inc.

Since 1988, HABcore has provided housing across Monmouth and Ocean counties, focusing on congregate living (boarding) homes for individuals with special needs, as well as supportive housing services for families, veterans and individuals with special needs. Our work has evolved to accommodate the growing community of people needing supportive services to move from crisis to stability that leads to greater independence.

We are the Jersey Shore's largest provider of permanent, supportive housing. We also operate the Monmouth County Adult Homeless Shelter and provide Medicaid Support Services to eligible individuals. We partner with other local nonprofits to provide transitional and permanent housing and supportive services.
