Senior Comfort Bags for our isolated seniors in Monmouth and Ocean Counties
Put together at least 8 newly purchased items from one of the lists below to make a huge difference in the lives of our seniors that are shut-in and isolated in our neighborhoods. Once you gather your selected items and have written your note of encouragement, please place them in a new reusable tote and mark off which Senior Comfort Bag you have chosen to make (ex. Personal care or Household). Feel free to add something that you think a senior might enjoy but is not on the list. On occasion we may have Girl Scout Cookies to add as well.
Note: There are two types of Senior Comfort Bags a volunteer can make. If you decide to make personal care bag, then the items in that bag should be from the personal care list. The same concept applies for the household bag.
