2NDFLOOR Youth Helpline Volunteer Phone Counselor

Phone Counselors assist callers with the support of Master's level counselors in our call center in Monmouth County. Counselors provide young people with supportive listening, information and referrals, and help callers identify options to address their concerns. Counselors also encourage connections with trusted adults and additional resources.
