Monmouth County SHELTER SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS

Employees of Monmouth County Department of Human Services are asked to volunteer at designated Emergency Shelters during weather related or other emergencies/disasters which require the evacuation or shelter of residents.

It is the mission of the Monmouth County Department of Human Services to enhance the quality of life of people in Monmouth County through the planning, purchasing and delivery of human services by highly effective employees in partnership with public and private organizations. We are committed to providing service with respect, care and accountability. The Department consists of six divisions: Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services Division of Mental Health & Addiction Services Division of Planning & Contracting (Contract Administration, Human Services Advisory Council, Office of Youth Services Planning) Division of Social Services Division of Transportation Office of the County Adjuster
