Who We Are
Grace Healthcare Services was founded in 2005. Senior Management has, combined, over 65 years of hospice experience. Our Complementary Therapy Program includes aromatherapy, massage, music, guided imagery and touch therapies. We are currently providing care in Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Essex, Hudson , Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset and Union Counties.
What We Do
We are a Hospice agency caring for patients throughout New Jersey. Our most significant relationships begin with our patients and their families. Personalized care, peace of mind and satisfaction guide every decision we make. It is the commitment of Grace Healthcare Services to deliver palliative/comfort care to our patients, attending to their physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs, and to serve as a source of strength and support to the family and/or caregiver.
