The Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Centers provide high quality, comprehensive health care services to our local community residents regardless of their ability to pay. With four locations in Monmouth County providing primary, prenatal, and dental care, our mission is to assist our community in becoming a healthier environment for its families.

VNACJ Community Health Center, Inc. (CHC) is located in Asbury Park with three additional satellite centers in Asbury Park, Keansburg, Keyport and Red Bank in Monmouth County, NJ. The CHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is the only provider of comprehensive primary and preventive health services serving at-risk communities and individuals, irrespective of their circumstance. Recognizing that access to, and utilization of, health services is vital to the wellbeing of every individual, family, and community, the CHC provides health care services that promote positive health behaviors, prevention of illness, and a healthier environment. The CHC is a presence in the community known for accessibility, delivery of quality services, and competent and compassionate staff.
